In order to book your stay the first time, you'll need to:
- Create an Account.
- Provide us with enough information for a background check, which has a small service fee of $21 (RentPrep.com).
- Wait for a response to the background check, which will be provided to you within 1-20 days following the request filing.
- If approved, you'll be able to request reservation of one our upcoming Seasons.
- If your requested Seasons are available, you'll have one week to confirm whether you would indeed like to Book those Seasons.
If approved, you won't need to go through steps 1 & 2 for another five years. The background check fee is not refundable, unless we fail to provide a response after 20 days.
You will be able to cancel your reservation & obtain a full refund up to two weeks prior to the start of the reservation. If there is an unexpected need for cancellation and a refund is not possible, your deposit will be refunded & a monetary credit equivalent to your reservation fee(s) will remain available for new reservation(s) within two years. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
